Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of black-psychiatry.com (the "Site"), operated by Black Psychiatry LLC ("Black Psychiatry," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational Purpose Only; No Medical Advice

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the Site, reading its content, or contacting us through it does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only through a formal intake and consultation with Christopher Black, APRN, PMHNP-BC.

Not for Emergencies

The Site is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

Scheduling and Third-Party Services

Appointment scheduling is provided through a third-party platform (Tebra). Your use of that platform is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Clinical, Appointment, and Payment Policies

Policies regarding appointments, cancellations, payment, and the terms of your care are addressed in the intake and consent paperwork you receive as a patient, not in these website Terms.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Black Psychiatry LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm Black Psychiatry or other users.
